The Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation strives to be an open and transparent organisation. We strongly distance ourselves from and applies zero tolerance against corruption, sexual abuse, assault and harassment as well as any other breaches of the Foundation’s policies or the law.
Therefore, by using this report function, it is possible to draw our attention to any irregularities and risks that could harm individuals, the Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation as an organisation, partners or the society. The report function can also be used to make us aware of suspicions that our internal policies are not being complied with.
Report any suspicions of corruption, sexual abuse, assault and harassment or any other irregularities directly to the Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation by e-mail: anticorruption.jhs@moderaterna.se.
We cannot guarantee anonymity, but we recommend any notifyer, that so wishes, to protect his or her own identity. This can for instance be done by using a temporary e-mail account that cannot be connected to the personal identity.
Suspicions of corruption received to this e-mail address will be handled by the Foundation’s chairman and financial director who in consultation decide on measures. Every suspicion is individually assessed and credible reports, where there is a basis for suspicion, will be investigated.
Employees or volunteers who report suspicions of irregularities must not be subject to reprisals.
